This Chestnut Backed Chickadee was found in a redwood forest on Cortes Island, BC while I was taking a Robert Bateman, masters workshop. I find Chickadees are a cute friendly bird and very inquisitive.
I'm a graduate of the Sheridan College Art Fundamentals and have taken various workshops and courses to further develop my skills as an artist. I have taken several evening courses through Ontario College of Art as well as workshops with professional artists such as Derek Wicks, Terry Isaac and Robert Bateman My work can be found in private International collections as well as Juried Shows both locally and internationally.
